Regular Meetings
P&C meetings are held in the evenings on the 3rd Monday of each new term. Please refer to the School Term Planner for dates. Any member of the school or local community is welcome to become a P&C member. In order to be a member of the P&C you must be over the age of 18 years and have paid an annual membership (currently $1). Membership forms are available here . It is not compulsory to attend all meetings.
The P&C is always looking for willing parents to become part of its volunteer base and welcome new members. Even people with limited time can still make an impact on the school by volunteering in whatever capacity they are able to.

The Rostrata Dad’s Group was established to foster greater communication, and create a support network between fathers, father-figures and caregivers. We endeavour to organise multiple Dads & Kids events throughout the year, as well as opportunities for the Rostrata Dad’s to connect socially. Some of the annual activities that are hugely popular within the Rostrata community are the ‘Trip Into the City’ and the ‘Dad’s Campout’ on the school oval.
The Rostrata Dads Group is proud to be affiliated with The Fathering Project. The Fathering Project is an evidence-based organisation that aims to promote positive fathering behaviours and fathers’ engagement with their infants, preschool, primary school and adolescent-aged children.
Through our membership with The Fathering Project, members of the Rostrata community are able to access the resources provided through their members portal. From recipes to parenting tips, and even accessing local support groups, the members portal offers a wealth of information.
To become a member of the Rostrata Dads Group, please register with us by emailing the Dads Group directly at dads@rostratapandc.org.au.
